The Judgment of the Tribunal is as follows: Continuous Employment[1]The Claimant had not been employed by the Respondent for at least two years when her employment ended. The complaint of unfair dismissal is Claim No: 6000674/2024 therefore dismissed because the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to determine it. Disability[2]At the relevant times the Claimant was not a disabled person as defined by section 6 Equality Act 2010 because of hip pain and/or bursitis.[3]The complaint of discrimination arising out of disability and/or failure to make reasonable adjustments is therefore dismissed.[4]All claims are therefore dismissed.
