JUDGMENT

[1]The complaints of age, race and sex discrimination were not presented within the applicable time limit. It is not just and equitable to extend the time limit. The complaints of discrimination are therefore dismissed.[2]The Claimant has no reasonable prospect of establishing that the notice pay claim was brought in time or that it was not reasonably practicable to bring the claim in time and that it was brought within a further reasonable period. The claim is therefore struck out under Employment Tribunal Rule 37(1)(a).[3]The remainder of the claim, namely a complaint that the Claimant is owed £15 in unpaid wages and around 5 hours in accrued holiday pay, will be listed for a final hearing, notice of which will be sent to the parties in due course. 10.2 Judgment - rule 61 Case No: 6000635/2023
