JUDGMENT

The Claimant’s claim of statutory redundancy pay, unauthorised deductions from wages, and breach of contract is well founded and upheld.[1]The Claimant is awarded:(i) £2,115.00p (470 x 1.5 x 3 (statutory redundance pay);(ii) £1,359.00p (unpaid wages);(iii) £1,880.00p (accrued unpaid holiday pay);(iv) £1,410.00p (unpaid notice pay (three weeks’); and(v) £ 940.00p (failure to provide a written statement of particulars of employment)[2]The Respondent must pay the Claimant the sum of, £7,704.00p (seven thousand seven hundred and four pounds) within 14 days of the date this judgment is sent to the parties.
