[1]The Claim for a redundancy payment is well-founded and the Respondent shall pay the Claimant the sum of £3,251.04 in respect thereof.[2]The Claim for unpaid notice pay is well-founded and the Respondent shall pay the Claimant the sum of £1,329.45 in respect thereof.[3]The Claim for unpaid accrued holiday pay is well-founded and the Respondent shall pay £208.40 in respect thereof.[4]The Claim for unlawful deduction (non-payment) of wages is well-founded and the Respondent shall pay £92.56 in respect thereof.[5]The total sum payable by the Respondent to the Claimant under this Judgment is £4,881.45. .
