JUDGMENT
[1]The claim was presented in the East Midlands Employment Tribunal on 6th January 2025. The respondent has failed to present a valid response on time. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, or part of it, in accordance with Rule 22 of the Rules of Procedure.[2]The claim succeeds and the remedy to which the claimant is entitled will be determined at a Remedy hearing. The Preliminary hearing listed for 20th June 2025 is converted to a Remedy with a revised time estimate of 2 hours which will be conducted by Cloud Video Platform. The parties are to take this as revised Notice of hearing.[3]The Claimant must comply with the Orders previously made to supply a schedule of loss and supporting documents by no later than 9th April 2025.
