[1]The Claimant’s claim of automatic unfair dismissal is not well founded and does not succeed.[2]The Claimant’s claim of a failure to make reasonable adjustments (s20 & s21 Equality Act 2010) is not well founded and does not succeed.[3]The Claimant’s claim of discrimination arising from disability (s15 Equality Act 2010) is well founded and succeeds.[4]In respect to the claim of discrimination arising from disability, the Respondent shall pay the Claimant £8170.50 in damages for discrimination, being £2568.50 for past losses, £5000 for injury to feelings plus £602 interest.
