JUDGMENT
[1]The first respondent failed to present an ET3 response to the claim and appear at the Tribunal. In the absence of information to the contrary the Claimant contracted with the First Respondent, who was also Operations Manager of WDG Limited. A rule 22 Judgment pursuant to the Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024 issued against the first respondent.[2]The first respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the total sum of £386.00 in respect of unpaid wages for tiling work on 30 September 2024 and 1 October 2024.[3]The Claimant did not attend. The claim against the second respondent is not established and the claim against the second respondent is dismissed. Approved by:
