Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The First Respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the Claimant the gross sum of £959.01.[2]The Claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the First Respondent is ordered to pay damages to the Claimant in the sum of £1,615.40.[3]The Claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £1,615.40.[4]The First Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £1,211.54.[5]The Claimant’s discrimination claim is not suitable for determination pursuant to Rule 21 as the Second, Third, Fourth and Fifth Respondent defend the claim.
