JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant was an employee of the respondent at the relevant time. The claims of unfair dismissal and protected disclosure detriment will therefore proceed.[2]The claim of unfair dismissal is not well founded and is dismissed.[3]The following complaints of being subjected to detriment for making a protected disclosure are well-founded and succeed:a. On 24 October 2024 making a complaint on a GLC complaint form to the directors of the respondent about steel ropes being dropped close to the claimant;b. On 28 October 2024 making a complaint of loose bolts on a cradle and on a counter balance via the all staff WhatsApp group. Case Number: 6000278/2025[4]The remaining complaints of being subjected to detriment for making a protected disclosure are not well-founded and are dismissed.[5]The respondent shall pay the claimant the following sums:5.1 Compensation for financial losses £1500.5.2 Compensation for injury to feelings £1400.
