JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s complaints that he was subjected to detriments upon the grounds that he made a protected disclosure (brought pursuant to section 47B of the Employment Rights Act 1996) were presented outside the time limit in section 48 of the 1996 Act where it was reasonably practicable to have presented the claim in time.[2]The claimant’s complaints that he was unfairly dismissed brought pursuant to Part X of the 1996 Act were presented outside the time limit provided for in section 111 of the 1996 Act where it was reasonably practicable to have presented the claim in time.[3]Accordingly, the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to consider the claimant’s complaints.
