JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent paid to the claimant all the holiday pay to which he was entitled up to and including the effective date of termination of the contract of employment on 2 December 2022.[2]Accordingly, the claimant’s complaint that the respondent made an unauthorised deduction from his wages by not paying him his holiday pay or that the respondent failed to compensate him for holiday accrued due but untaken as at 2 December 2022 fails and stands dismissed.
