[1]The Respondent has failed to file an ET3 in this case.[2]Having considered the ET1, Employment Judge Burns has decided that a determination of the claim can properly be made without a hearing and the Judgment of the Tribunal made under rule 22 of the Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024 is as set out below.[3]The Respondent has unlawfully failed to pay the Claimant his statutory redundancy payment in the sum of £8,891.78[4]Accordingly, the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £8,891.78[5]The hearing listed for the 2nd April 2025 is cancelled and parties should not attend.
