JUDGMENT
[1]The tribunal considered it to be just and equitable to extend time to allow the claimant’s complaint alleging a failure to make reasonable adjustments to proceed.[2]The claimant’s complaints of direct disability discrimination, discrimination arising from disability and disability-related harassment were submitted outside the applicable time limits in circumstances where the tribunal did not consider it just and equitable to extend time. Those complaints are hereby struck out, the tribunal having no jurisdiction to hear them.
