No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The respondent has failed to pay:(a) the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1,511.25 (gross)(b) 13 days wages in the gross sum of £1511.25.(c) 1 weeks lying time in the gross sum of £581.25; and(d) 1 weeks notice in the gross sum of £581.25[2]The Respondent is responsible for making such deductions as required by law.
