JUDGMENT

For the reasons given orally at the Hearing on 15 February 2019 the Tribunal finds as follows:-[1]The claimant is entitled to be paid the sum of Six Hundred and Four Pounds (£604) by the respondent being statutory redundancy pay based on the claimant’s service and weekly wage;[2]The claimant is entitled to be paid the sum of One Hundred and Eighty Pounds (£180) by the respondent in relation to an unlawful deduction of wages arising from a reduction in the claimant’s agreed weekly hours prior to termination of his employment (25 hours x £7.20);[3]The claimant is entitled to be paid the sum of Two Hundred and One Pounds Sixty (£201.60) by the respondent in relation to the company’s failure to give E.T. Z4 the claimant five weeks’ notice of termination of his employment or payment in lieu (25 hours x £7.20);[4]The claimant is entitled to be paid sum of Two Hundred and One Pound Sixty (£201.60) by the respondent in relation to one week’s accrued holiday pay.
