JUDGMENT

The Judgment of the Tribunal is that the claim is dismissed.

REASONS

[1]The Tribunal heard evidence from the claimant on the first day of the Hearing. However, at the start of the Hearing on the second day the claimant’s solicitor advised that he had been instructed to withdraw the claim and that he had no objection to the claim being dismissed. The respondent’s Counsel advised they had no objection to the claim being dismissed and that he had no application to make.[2]Accordingly, the claim is dismissed
