JUDGMENT
For the reasons given orally at the Hearing on 15 February 2019 the Tribunal finds as follows:-[1]The claimant is entitled to be paid the sum of Eight Hundred and Twenty Two Pounds Fifteen Pence (£822.15) by the respondent being statutory redundancy pay based on the claimant’s service and weekly wage;[2]The claimant is entitled to be paid the sum of Two Hundred and Seventy Four Pounds and Five Pence (£274.05) by the respondent in relation to an unlawful deduction of wages arising from a reduction in the claimant’s agreed weekly hours prior to termination of his employment.[3]The claimant is entitled to a payment of One Hundred and Sixty Four Pounds and Forty Three Pence (£164.43) by the respondent in relation to the E.T. Z4 company’s failure to give the claimant one week’s notice of termination of his employment or payment in lieu. 4. the claimant was entitled to the sum of Four Hundred and Ninety Three Pounds and Twenty Nine Pence (£493.29) in relation to Three week’s accrued holiday pay.
