JUDGMENT

For the reasons given orally at the Hearing on 15 February 2019 the Tribunal finds as follows:-[1]The claimant is entitled to be paid the sum of Four Thousand, Five Hundred Pounds (£4,500) by the respondent being statutory redundancy pay based on the claimant’s service and weekly wage;[2]The claimant is entitled to be paid the sum of Two Thousand, Five Hundred (£2,500) from the respondent in relation to the company’s failure to give the claimant four weeks’ notice of termination of his employment or payment in lieu.[3]The claimant is entitled to be paid the sum of One Thousand Pounds (£1000) by the respondent in relation to two week’s accrued holiday pay
