JUDGMENT
The Employment Tribunal in accordance with Rule 64 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, Schedule 1 makes the following Judgment in agreed terms;[1]that the respondents shall pay to the claimant the sum of Nine Hundred and Forty-One Pounds and Forty-Six Pence (£941.46) by way of a redundancy payment;[2]the respondents shall pay to the claimant the sum of Six Hundred and Twenty-Seven Pounds and Sixty-Four (£627.64) two weeks’ pay due to the claimant in lieu of notice.
