In respect that the Claimant confirmed at the Preliminary Hearing on 25 January 2019 that the protected characteristic for the purpose of her Claims under Sections 26 and 27 of the Equality Act 2010 was sex, those claims are dismissed to the extent 35 that they relate to the protected characteristic of pregnancy and maternity.
