No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £1920 (12 weeks at £160 per week).[2]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £2720. The sum is calculated on the basis of the following, at date of termination of employment – age of claimant (47), length of service (14 years) and weekly wage (£160).
