No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £877.50 being the sum due calculated on the basis of the following at termination of employment – length of service (3 years), age of claimant (58) and weekly wage of claimant (£195).[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £292.50, being payment in respect of 39 hours of leave accrued but not taken at date of termination of employment.[3]The hearing listed on 6 December 2018 is cancelled.
