No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1200 being two weeks pay due to the claimant but unpaid.[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1320 in respect of 11 days of holiday accrued but not taken at date of termination of employment.[3]The respondents are ordered to pay to the claimant £1200 being two weeks pay in respect of breach by the respondents of section 38 of the Employment Act 2002, failure to provide a statement of employment particulars.
