JUDGMENT
For the reasons given orally at the hearing on 1 July 2019, the claimant’s application to the Employment Tribunal succeeds and the Tribunal orders that the respondent shall pay the following sums to the claimant namely:-[1]Unlawful deductions of 57 hours in relation to work carried out amounting to Three Hundred and Thirteen pounds and fifty pence (£313.50).[2]Unpaid notice pay based on 14 hours per week for one week; Seventy seven pounds (£77).[3]Accrued but unpaid wages in relation to accrued holiday pay amounting to Twenty One pounds and forty pence (£21.40). ETZ4(WR)[4]Failure to provide payslips contrary to s.8 ERA 1996 a compensation equal to two weeks of pay amounting to One Hundred and Fifty Four pounds (£154).
