The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that(i) the claimant was unfairly dismissed by the respondent;(ii) the respondent shall pay to the claimant a basic award of £700 (2 weeks x £350);(iii) the respondent shall pay to the claimant a compensatory award of £1,680;(iv) the respondent shall pay to the claimant notice pay of £700 (2 weeks x £350) &(v) the respondent shall pay to the claimant £700 (2 weeks x £350) for failure to provide her with a statement containing the particulars of change to her employment particulars.
