No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £921.04 being 2 weeks’ wages.[2]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £1381.57 being 54 at date of termination and having been employed for 2 years, his weekly wage being £460.52.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £97.90 in respect of 2 days of leave accrued but untaken.
