JUDGMENT
The respondent has stated that no part of the claim is contested and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1 98.[2]The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to make an order for the production of payslips.[3]The respondent has failed to provide a statement of initial employment particulars in accordance with section 1 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £628 pounds (that being 2 weeks’ pay).
