JUDGMENT
The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the claimant’s claims under sections 19 and 27 of the Equality Act 2010 are dismissed, having been withdrawn by the claimant.
REASONS
[1]In preparation for the Preliminary Hearing on 18 February 2022, the claimant submitted an agenda in which she confirmed her wish to withdraw her claims of indirect discrimination on the grounds of disability, and victimisation on the grounds of disability, under sections 19 and 27 respectively of the Equality Act 2010. ETZ4(WR)[2]At the Preliminary Hearing on 18 February 2022, the claimant confirmed that that was her wish, and accordingly, the claims under these headings having been withdrawn, the Tribunal dismisses them.[3]The claimant’s remaining claims, submitted under sections 13, 15 and 26 of the 2010 Act, continue and are not dismissed.
