No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21 :[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £671 .59.[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1 431 .85.[3]The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear a claim for an unlawful deduction of wages in relation to pension contributions.[4]In the absence of a response, the application for preparation costs cannot be considered as there are no grounds for an order for costs to be made in terms of Rule 76 of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[5]The hearing listed on 17 February 2022 is cancelled.
