JUDGMENT

[1]The Claimant’s claim of breach of contract in respect of wages due to her on 26 November 2021 succeeds. The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant damages assessed in the sum of £1,944.24.[2]The Claimant’s claim under regulation 30 of the Working Time Regulations 1998 succeeds. The Respondent is ordered to pay compensation to the Claimant in respect of her accrued but untaken annual leave entitlement in the gross sum of £680.40.[3]The Tribunal has no jurisdiction to order the Respondent to issue the Claimant with payslips or a P45. Accordingly, those claims are dismissed.
