JUDGMENT
On reconsideration by the Judge, following an email from the claimant sent on 1 October 2018, in terms of my powers under Rules 70 and 73, I revoke the Rule 21 Judgment dated 27 September 2018, and no response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21, having regard to the claimant’s calculation of claim intimated to the Tribunal on 23 September 2018:[1]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £5,616 (Five Thousand, Six Hundred and Sixteen Pounds).[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £256 (Two Hundred and Fifty Six Pounds).[3]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £3,744 (Three Thousand, Seven Hundred and Forty Four Pounds).[4]The hearing listed on 31 October 2018 is cancelled..
