JUDGMENT
The claims are struck out under rule 37 of the Rules contained in Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013 on the grounds that the claims has not been actively pursued in terms of rule 37(1)(d).REASONS
[1]On 27 & 28 February 2023 respectively we wrote to the above claimants asking if they intended to proceed with their claims no reply was received from the claimants.[2]On 6 & 10 March 2023 respectively we e-mailed the claimant previous representatives to check if they held alternative addresses for the above mentioned claimants.[3]By e-mail of 15 March 2023 they confirmed that they had the same details as the Tribunal Office. 3. The claimants have failed to give an acceptable reason why such a judgment should not be made or to request a hearing. The Tribunal therefore strikes out their claims.
