JUDGMENT
Following the Judgment dated 21 December 2016 and copied to parties on 23 December 2016 in respect that the claimant has failed to pay the Deposit Orders made in that Judgment now in terms of Rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution & Rules of Procedure) Regs 2013 Schedule 1 strikes out the following allegations. “Delay in purchase of gentle mouse (a finger free clicking system). Forcing the claimant to continue using Geni EYE without adequate training tools and ad hoc support. Continuing with the capability procedure so as to dismiss the claimant. Denying redeployment after denying reasonable adjustments since 2010. Reducing wages by 50% because of denial of adjustment induced sick. Allegations of harassment”.
