No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £6,145 (11 weeks x £559).[2]The claimant as dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £8,382 (16.5 weeks x £508).[3]The claim for holiday pay having been withdrawn is dismissed.[4]The hearing listed on 5 October 2018 is cancelled.
