[1]The Claimant’s representative having confirmed at the Preliminary Hearing held on 7 February 2019 that the claim of unfair dismissal is withdrawn as it is accepted that the Claimant does not have the required qualifying service, that claim is dismissed.[2]The Claimant’s representative having confirmed at the said Preliminary Hearing that the protected characteristic for the purposes of the claim is sex and not, as stated in the ET1, sexual orientation, the claim is dismissed in so far as it relates to sexual orientation.REASONS
