JUDGMENT
The judgment of the Tribunal is as follows.(1) By consent, the respondent’s name is amended to that shown above.(2) The claimant was not dismissed and so the claim for unfair dismissal fails.(3) The claimant was entitled to a payment in respect of accrued but untaken paid annual leave upon the termination of her employment. The difference between her entitlement and the amount paid to her by the respondent was £150.76. The sum of £150.76 is therefore awarded to the claimant as an unlawful deduction from wages.
