No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £680.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £120 (2 weeks x £60).[3]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £180 (3 weeks x £60).[4]The claim for holiday pay is dismissed.[5]The hearing listed on 5 February 2020 is cancelled.
