JUDGMENT
For the reasons given orally at the hearing on 16 January 2020. The Employment Tribunal finds as follows.[1]That the correct respondent in this matter are AVV Quality Heating and Plumbing Limited and allows the claim to be amended accordingly.[2]Secondly, finds that the claimant is entitled to be paid a redundancy payment by the respondent company in the sum of EIGHT HUNDRED AND FIFTY POUNDS (£850). ETZ4(WR)[3]Finds that the respondent is due to pay the claimant the sum of TWO THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED AND EIGHTY FOUR POUNDS (£2,684) in arrears of wages.
