[1]The claims of the First Claimant and the Second Claimant in relation to notice pay and holiday pay having been brought outwith the applicable time limits, and the Tribunal being satisfied that it had been reasonably practicable for the Claims to have been presented in time, those Claims are dismissed.[2]The First Claimant’s claim in respect of a redundancy payment is successful and the Respondent shall pay to the First Claimant the sum of ONE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED AND THIRTY TWO POUNDS (£1,632) gross.
