E.T. Z4 (WR) 4111501/19, 4111502/19, 4111503/19, 4111504/19, 4111505/19 & 4111506/19 The judgment of the Tribunal is that under rule 47 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013 the claims are dismissed.REASONS
[1]The claimants sent claims of non-payment of wages, holiday and notice pay to the Tribunal on 9 October 2019.[2]On 6 November 2019 the Tribunal received an email from Peter Dougela former HR Manager of Lakemere Global Holdings Limited trading as Ago Outsourcing advising that Kenneth Pattullo had been appointed liquidator in a creditor voluntary liquidation. The email was sent to the claimants for comments.[3]In the absence of any reply from the claimants the Tribunal wrote to them on 21 November 2019 advising that their claims were proceeding to a hearing on 20 December 2019.[4]There was no appearance by any party at the hearing on 20 December 2019. Attempts were made unsuccessfully to contact the claimants by telephone.[5]In the circumstances I decided to dismiss the claims under rule 47 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations
