JUDGMENT

[1]The Claimant’s complaint of unlawful deduction from wages under ss.13(1) and 23(1)(a) of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is well founded. The Respondent shall pay the Claimant compensation in the total sum of £927.80 (£463.90 unpaid wages for April 2021, £463.90 unpaid wages for July 2021).[2]The Claimant’s complaint of unpaid holiday pay under Regs 14(2) and 30(1)(b) of the Working Time Regulations 1998 is well founded. The Respondent shall pay the Claimant compensation in the sum of £418.39 (48.04 hours, £8.72/hour). ETZ4(WR) Note 1. Reasons for the Judgment having been given orally, written reasons for the Judgment will not be provided unless they are asked for by any party at the hearing itself or by a written request presented within 14 days of the sending of the written record of the decision. If no such request is received, the Employment Tribunal shall provide written reasons only if requested to do so by the Employment Appeal Tribunal or a court.
