No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21 :[1]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £3,876.84 (1 2 weeks’ pay at a rate of £323.07)[2]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £9,692.00 (1 .5 weeks’ pay for each of the claimant’s 20 years of service).[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £969.21 (3 weeks’ pay at a rate of £323.07 per week). 4111358/2021 The hearing listed on 25 November 2021 is cancelled.
