JUDGMENT

No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21 :[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £4410.45 (33 weeks’ pay at £133.65).[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £1470.1 5 (1 1 weeks’ pay at £133.65).[3]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £2238.1 7 (1 1 years x 1 .5 weeks’ pay at £203.47).[4]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £693.58 (35.5 hours at £8.72 plus 43.1 hours at £8.91).[5]The claim for unfair dismissal, having been withdrawn by the claimant, is dismissed under Rule 52 of the Rules contained in Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013.
