JUDGMENT
It is the judgment of the Employment Tribunal to order the Respondents to make payment to the Claimant of the sums of(i) SIX THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED AND FORTY FIVE POUNDS (£6,345) as a redundancy payment;(ii) ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED AND THIRTY FOUR POUNDS AND EIGHTY EIGHT PENCE (£1,234.88) as holiday pay; and(iii) TWO THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY POUNDS AND NINETY SIX PENCE (£2,370.96) in respect of the claimant's claim for breach of contract (notice pay). The total award is £9,950.84. The claimant's claim of unfair dismissal is dismissed.
