Miss T Manousos v Costley and Costley: 4110918/2021
JUDGMENT
The judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the claimant`s complaint of failure to pay holiday pay succeeds and that the respondents shall pay to the claimant the sum of THREE HUNDRED POUNDS (£300.00) of consent of both parties, and in terms of Rule 64 of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.REASONS
[1]The respondents have stated that no part of the claim is contested, and an Employment Judge has decided, under Rules 21 and 64, that on the E.T. Z4 (WR) available material a determination could properly be made without a hearing as to the liability of the respondents for the claim.[2]On the basis of the available material, the Employment Judge has further decided he could properly determine remedy as follows: - being to grant judgment for £300 against the respondents for the underpaid holiday pay sum sought, and agreed by the respondents, as being owing to the claimant.[3]The Final Hearing by CVP listed for 23 November 2021 is cancelled.
