No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £1,056 (being 11 weeks pay at £156 per week less 5 weeks pay at £132 per week).[2]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £2,808.30 (16.5 weeks pay).[3]The hearing listed on 27 November 2019 is cancelled.
