JUDGMENT

The Judgment of the Tribunal is as follows (oral reasons having been given at the hearing, in accordance with rule 62(2) of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013):[1]The name of the respondent is changed from Clydeview Nursing Home to as stated above. The address remains the same. It is however noted, for completeness, that the respondent’s registered office is 203 Hampermill Lane, Watford, Hertfordshire, WD19 4PJ.[2]The Tribunal do not have jurisdiction to hear the claim of breach of contract/unlawful deductions from wages in relation to notice pay, as this was submitted outwith the requisite period.[3]The claimant was entitled to a statutory redundancy payment in the sum of £969.24 on the termination of his employment, which he did not receive. The 30 respondent is ordered to pay this sum to the claimant.
