No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £490.38 in respect of one week’s pay, no notice or payment in lieu being given to the claimant.[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £225.60 in respect of 2 days holiday accrued but untaken at date of termination of employment.[3]The hearing listed on 27 November 2019 is cancelled.
