JUDGMENT
The judgment of the Tribunal is that it is necessary in the interests of justice under Rule 70 of the Employment Tribunal ( Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013 ( the Rules) to reconsider the judgment issued on 1 April 2019 to the extent that;[1]In in paragraph (3) of the judgment, after the word ‘Claimants’, the following is inserted; ‘with the exception of Morag Russel who was not formally dismissed but who resigned in the week ending 14 February as an employee who was affected by the measures taken in connection with the proposed dismissals in terms of Section 188 (1) of the Trade Union and Labour Relations ( Consolidation ) Act 1992.’[2]In paragraph (6) of the judgment, after the word ‘Claimants’ to add: ‘including Morag Russell’.REASONS
