No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £4,079.[2]The respondent being in breach of contract in respect of pensions contributions is ordered to pay the sums of £187.50 to the claimant.[3]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £2,100 in terms of section 38 of the Employment Act 2002.[4]The hearing listed on 27 November 2019 is cancelled.
